Fairmont Room (436 ft² - 480 ft² / 40m² - 45m²) Located in the Mayan-inspired main building with one King bed or two Queen beds. Private terrace or well-sized balcony. Private balcony extends generously across surrounding tropical forest. View of forest or mangroves.

Signature Casita Room (458 ft² - 504 ft² / 45m² – 50 m²). Amenities as with Fairmont/Deluxe Casita Rooms. Spacious balcony or terrace over exceptional lagoon and water canal views. Signature Casita Rooms include two chairs and a working desk. Views of Lagoon or Water Canals.

Beach Area Casita (King - 458 ft² / 45m² Queen - 504 ft² / 50m²). Amenities as Signature Casita Room. Situated in the private area of the resort, just steps from the beach, with exclusive butler service. Feature oversized windows, and private spacious balcony with surrounding tropical forest, and views of lagoons and canals.

Ocean Front Casita (587 ft²/ 55m²). Amenities as with Beach Area Casita Beachfront, secluded property (5 minutes in golf cart from main resort building), with a private stairway descending to the beach. A spacious terrace provides exquisite private views to the Sea.

Private Ocean Front Deluxe Casita Suite (1,075 ft² / 100m²) with Private Stairway descending to the Beach. Feature Master Bedroom, separate Living and Dining room with high ceilings, luxurious four-piece marble bathroom with soaker tub and separate glassed shower stall, additional Guest bathroom including a shower stall.

Ocean Front Premium Suites feature private Infinity Pool on the terrace, overlooking the Beach and the amazing view of the Caribbean Sea and the island of Cozumel. These Suites can be offered in combination with an Ocean Front Casita to form a two-bedroom Suite.

Discovery Club (4-12 years) / Adventure Camp (13-17 years)

The Discovery Club at Fairmont Mayakoba provides fun and entertainment for children aged 4-12 years.

Zamna, an Alux (Mayan character) invite the little ones to come and play at his house, found in the enchanted Mayan forest located inside the Discovery Club.

The Discovery Club offers cultural, educational and entertainment activities including table games, sand castle building, exploring the "Mayan World" in the jungle, creating Penacho (head dress), looking for the "wishing stone", playing a game of ancient Maya Ball, making colourful paper banners, Piñatas or Origami! Open daily from 9am-1pm and from 2pm to 8pm. Movie nights daily from 6pm-8pm.

Adventure Camp

The most exciting and fun teen camp! Here teens find the latest video games, board games, ping-pong tables, air hockey and a pool table. Open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m.

Access to the Adventure Camps and Discovery Club is offered complimentary for up to three hours per day per child/ teen.

Las Brisas is the Fairmont Mayakoba's signature beachfront restaurant and one of the most sought after dining experiences on the Mayan Riviera. El Camaleon is a spectacular and enjoyable test of golf. Named as El Camaleon because of the changing environment around which the golf course is set, with tropical forest canopy, 2 oceanside holes, sand dunes, and crystal clear lagoons. Unique hazards include subterranean caves, and captivating greens and subtle run-offs. El Camaleón has been carefully planned to capture the essence of a pristine and natural landscape. The course is maintained in superb condition, with 100% Paspalum grass.

Iberostar Playa Paraiso

Playa Paraiso Golf Club is carved out of the jungle at the spectacular Iberostar Resort. Designed by P. B. Dye, son of the famous Pete Dye, Playa Paraiso is a typical Dye creation with huge amounts of earth moved to create a rolling layout full of hidden gullies, deep, sandy bunkers and large undulating greens. Your shot selection will leave many options at Playa Paraiso, but boredom isn´t one of them!

Playa Mujeres

Playa Mujeres is a visually stunning course on the Caribbean coast. Legendary golfer Greg Norman has designed the course so as not to disturb the natural flora and wildlife. Carefully crafted water holes wind through the jungle habitat, with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and Isla Mujeres. White sandy beaches and traps are set off against the vibrant colour of native vegetation, while daily trade winds demand good hitting and skilful shot-making.

Moon Palace Golf

Moon Palace Golf Club hosts 27 spectacular holes of Jack Nicklaus Signature Design, positioned on the gently rolling hills of the northern Riviera Maya and only a few minutes from Cancun. The courses feature championship golf that is accommodating to all levels of play offering three nine-hole courses, each par 36. In Jack Nicklaus own words: “The Moon Palace course was designed to provide corridors wide enough where you can play golf and have plenty of room to hit the ball. We tried to keep the breezy conditions that prevail in this area of the coast in mind, so we designed a course that will allow the golfer to play well within themselves.
