Instruction will take place at the state of the art Celtic Manor Golf Academy, complete with Video Analysis, 3-D Biomechanics and SAM Putt Lab.

Our base for Lorrin Golf Celtic Manor Academy is the impressive Resort Hotel at Celtic Manor with daily breakfast and evening dinner at restaurants throughout the resort.

The Celtic Manor House is a luxury hotel set within landscaped gardens on the Celtic Manor Resort which is also home to the five-star Celtic Manor Resort Hotel.

The historic 19th-century Manor House has long been recognised as one of the finest hotels in the UK, winning the Egon Ronay award for the best hotel in Wales for five consecutive years in the 1980’s.

The Celtic Manor Resort estate takes in 1400 acres of panoramic parkland in South Wales and has three excellent golf courses – the Montgomerie, Roman Road and 2010, venue for the 2010 Ryder Cup.

Lorrin Golf Academy provides avid Golfers with a fantastic weekend programme of instruction from a dedicated team of teaching professionals:

1. Tuition & Practice

The Lorrin Golf Academy combines intensive tuition & supervised practice at Celtic Manor Golf Academy in a 16-bay state of the art facility at the Ryder Cup 2010 venue.

Each Golfer at is allocated a dedicated Long Game Coach, and a dedicated Short Game Coach for individual and group tuition, with 3 professionals taking a maximum group size of just 16 players.

2. Play at Celtic Manor

With Instruction on Saturday & Sunday mornings, Lorrin Golfers can enjoy 18 holes on Saturday afternoon on the Ryder Cup Twenty Ten Course at Celtic Manor.

The Twenty Ten Course provides an ideal chance to work on instruction tips picked up on the range and short game areas, with an informal tournament for added fun and interest with your group of playing partners at Lorrin Golf Academy.

3. Review

Golfers will have an opportunity to review play on Twenty Ten with the Long Game and Short Game coaches on Sunday morning.

Following your Academy, video lessons received at Celtic Manor will be made available on your own web-profile at Lorrin Levels.com, complete with commentary and take-home tips.

Lorrin Golf presents a first-class team of PGA instructors at Lorrin Golf Academy � in Celtic Manor, Wales.

LeeJay Barnes (Head Professional) has been based at Celtic Manor since 1995, helping build the Golf Academy and Teaching Professional Team (9 professionals in total) to Ryder Cup standards.

Long Game Instruction takes place with 2 professionals per 8 students for a 2-hour session. Short Game instruction takes place with 1 professional per 8 students, also for 2-hour sessions.
